Havana Concept

1. Orders

All orders placed on HavanaConcept.com are processed after payment confirmation.

The status of your orders and shipping information will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

2. Product Stock Status

All products are limited to stock.

If the ordered product is not in stock, the customer will be informed and alternative options will be offered or refunded.

3. Delivery

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.

The shipping process and delivery may vary depending on the working speed of the contracted cargo companies.

For purchases of 100 euros or more, free shipping is offered.

4. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card and money order/EFT methods using the secure payment infrastructure on our website.

5. Return and Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for special print fabric products.

In returns, the amount remaining after deducting the shipping fee from the total amount will be refunded to the customer.

Return shipping costs belong to the customer. If the product is defective, this fee will be covered by Havana Concept.
